Never Rile a Bee with a Rolling Pin

I still don't have my PC back. Nerdly over at PCW called yesterday to tell me, "Umm, yeah, it's like, fixed. We changed the backlight? But, um, there was a problem? Yeah, there's a big line running across the LCD now. And um, I can't fix that. So, um, do you want to come and pick it up?"

"Okay, umm, no. I want you to fix what you broke."

"Umm, that will cost about, um, $400 dollars?"

"Is your manager in?"
"He's, umm, out until Friday?"
"Okay, give him my number and have him call me."
"Right. Umm, okay, I'll try?"
"Not try. Do."
"Umm. 'K"

Needless to say I have not heard, umm, a word. I'm going down there tomorrow to verbally assault the staff.
